Skinny Dipping in LOCH NESS

SCOTLAND (94) – Snapped this cheeky shot skinny dipping in LOCH NESS to search for the LOCH NESS monster (Nessie)!

Already loving this small nation! Hands down the coldest swim and most shrinkage I’ve had in years! Currently on the ISLE OF SKYE!

What an absolutely CRACKING second day in SCOTLAND- the 94th nation I’ve lived, worked, studied, volunteered in or simply backpacked around!

Day 2 in Scotland – a brilliant day out!

Already in awe of Edinburgh after last night I left Edinburgh at dawn and drove through the beautiful streets of Scotland’s capital city.

Took the route up north of Edinburgh- Pit Lochry (past Blair Castle and Rannoch Moor) – Loch Morlich (with its lovely sandy banks) – Tomatin (a brief stop at the whiskey distillery for a free sample) – Culloden (site of an incredibly significant battlefield in the history of Scotland) – through magnificent highland scenery into Inverness and the incredibly large Loch Ness- now staying on the Isle of Skye in the town of Kyleakin!!

Today explored and drove through countless Glens, lochs, castles and stunning highlands!
Learnt about the bloody battles that shaped Scotland’s history, the clans that exist and it’s fascinating natural wonders and incredible landscape! Scotland has 3 national languages being Scots, English and Gaelic.

Tomorrow purely exploring the Isle of Skye!!
